Building Database, Historic Downtown Buildings Database, City of Fargo

This project was developed by the City of Fargo’s Planning and Development Department with financial support from the State Historical Society of North Dakota and assistance from the North Dakota State University Institute for Regional Studies. 

The Downtown Fargo Renaissance Zone database project has been financed in part with Federal funds from the National Park Service, U.S. Department of the Interior. 

However, the contents and opinions do not necessarily reflect the views or policies of the Department of the Interior.

Technical Summary
The database was created using Microsoft Access®, which was converted to HTML pages.  This allows the data to be viewed through any browser without requiring additional software. Interactive maps were created with Dreamweaver® software.
