February 5: The Fargo Police Department is reminding students to "Think twice, scrape the ice." In an effort to get this message out, Fargo Police are distributing free ice scrapers to students at both public and private schools. The scrapers, printed with the phrase "Think twice, scrape the ice", will help encourage this practice and remind students that driving with ice obstructed windows is both dangerous and illegal. A violation carries a $20 fine.
