November 17: The City of Fargo Sump Pump Program now has a new and improved brochure available to help residents learn the basics of sump pump use. The brochure offers tips for optimal sump pump use, regulations and how to be a good neighbor when using your sump pump. You will also find information about the seasonal waiver program. This brochure is available online (pdf) on the Sump Pump Program webpage, at City Hall or by visiting the Sump Pump office, 3400 North Broadway, Fargo.
