November 13: The Fargo Police Department will begin issuing parking tickets for seasonal no parking and night parking restrictions. These restrictions went into effect November 1 and will continue through April 15 in areas designated with proper signage. The night parking restriction states, “vehicles or trailers cannot be parked on any north-south street between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, or on any east-west avenue between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays.” Warning flyers were posted on vehicles in violation of the seasonal no parking and night parking restrictions for approximately the last 14 days. A parking ticket for a seasonal no parking violation and a night parking violation carries a $15.00 fee.
