1st Avenue North Closure

November 5: 1^st Avenue North between 13 ½ Street and 14^th Street is closed for utility repairs.  This closure will be in effect for a week.  1^st Avenue North will be detoured via 10^th Street, 3^rd Avenue North and 16^th Street.
