October 28: The City of Fargo will close 1st Avenue North between 12th Street and University Drive on Monday, November 2. Utility crews will be working under the road surface to upgrade their equipment. Traffic on 1st Avenue North bound for 25th Street will be detoured via 10th Street, 3rd Avenue North and University Drive, while traffic on 1st Avenue North bound for southbound University Drive will be routed via 12th Street and NP Avenue. Traffic will be head-to-head on NP Avenue for one block during this closure. The road closure is expected to last 1 week.
